the screen on the front of my bike is stratched to f@ck, i was wondering if there is any kind of trim or sheet on the market i could cover it with, as i can't afford a new one.

You could try getting a polishing wheel and wome wax and buffing it I guess. Only downside is buff it too hard and you could melt a hole in your screen Sad .

If it is that badly scratched, why not make it evenly scratched by polishing it with brasso. This will make clear plastic go opaque but would probably look smart enough, it would be smooth at least. Better than sticking plastic over it?

You can get a perspex grade wet and dry, its a bit like a rubbery cloth and it works like magic!!
If the scratch is deep you may have to flatten it with some heavier grade wet and dry or some rubbing compound or whatever.
have fun and do report back on your success / failure as I have not tried it on a screen.

its a screen, you dont look through it, its job is too deflect wind, sratches dont effect it, ride your bike Razz
