It's quite clever marketing, really. Chubby chasers are paying her to become a porker, it's like fattie de-flowering. The longer she strings it out, the more she can milk that market.

It's just an adver-story... She exaggerates her lifestyle for the sake of a mail reporter. The reporter gets a 'good' story and she gets thousands more people to her website... A few may turn into paying customers.
