Got 2 bikes which seem to have the same problem.

When riding - even on smooth roads, the handlebars seem to vibrate and it feels like you are using a machine gun.

Any ideas?

One of the bikes just passed an MOT recently and the other bike is due an MOT soon but I want to get the problems sorted out in case it is something serious that was not picked up on the MOT.

Could be a number of things. Wheel bearings worn, buckled front wheel, front wheel not balanced, wheel weights missing, knackered spindle and abnormalities on the tyre. All worth checking Thumbs Up

If you were riding Harley I would understand because of vibration from the engine that's why some bikers get that dead feeling in their hands/wrists making it tough to grip the handlebars after such long time with bikes that do that !

Same idea with road workers regularly using a jack hammer it's murder on them too, but far more extreme!!!

Does the handlebars resonate even when the bike is stationary too, but as others have stated if it's only when moving then look for what has already been mentioned by others!
