Got knocked off again In Thornton heath the same stretch of road and the same excuse used by the driver of the 4x4 who happened to be a doctor.

I was going down the a23 coming up to a side road. There was two lanes and I was on the second lane to the right.
Now to my left a car was turning left into the side road, I was doing 25mph and could see the Nissan 4x4 waiting to pull out, the driver looks at me and I look at him so I did not stop. But the driver locked his head to the left again and keeps it in that direction and pulls out without looking onto the a23 taking me out in the process.

The thing the pisses me off the most is that he wouldn't admit liability. I could here the supposed doctor say things like 'people like this on two wheels always speeding etc'

Well the police came gets my statement. Then he goes to get the driver statement, so I stood a few meters away so I could try listen to their conversation.

Driver: Well he was speeding you see and he started braking and hit me.
Police: Pointed out to the driver that there was cctv pointed at our direction / my bike only traveled 2-3 meters / lack of damage to his car/ no visible skid marks.
Driver replied: sorry I didn't see the bike'

After this I then went into the halal meet shop and the owner saw the crash (FINALLY SOME LUCK!!!).

The owner was helpful and gave me/ police his info. He gave the police some valuable information as well 1) I was not speeding 2) I had right of way 3) The driver was turning right on a junction which had a visible sign which showed no right turns.

Funny thing the driver said would be..

"I will try and tell the officer what i think i saw" Laughing

I and the police officer then said why not tell us what you did. Then he replied like a politician, spilling out bs.

I just can't wait to get my cheque. I will either funnel that into a sv650 or focus. The police officer was a top lad, young helpful, doesn't really care about data protection to an extent.

You've got him nailed.

He didn't see you coming but said you were speeding, with his 6th sense right?

forks bent, lights damaged, exhaust damaged, all fairings except tail fairing damaged. Damage could be repaired for say around £600 with the use of second hand parts. I'm not sure i will want to repair the yamaha, i will most likely sell the engine and frame and tail fairings and also the wiring and bolts etc.

I will piss myself, actually piss myself if he replaces it with a YBR and then proceeds to tell everyone how good they are.

Again not funny, I wanted to get rid of the r125cc as I'm getting my ncb soon. I won't be riding another 125cc except my r125 again that's for sure lol.

Yes I am sure he heard your popcorn machine popping corn as it goes down the road, you can't even hear them in the cinema let alone on a road.

Could say the same when you crashed due to your error. Maybe God made you make the mistake, because he wanted you off the face of the earth.

Anyways, more money never hurts. I would have preferred if this happened to me 2 weeks later since then i wouldn't need a bike to get to college.
But now with summer coming, i will be able to work FT and my wages onto my next form of transport.

None fault accident (I'm claiming off the third party insurance). As a result of this i will be keeping my no claim bonus, as i did not claim from my insurance.

He saw you speeding and pulled out anyway? Sounds like driving with due care and attention to me.

At the risk of sounding all 'internet tough guy', I would find it hard not to deck somebody who could have killed me and then acted like a dick about it.

Enjoy your payout. Thumbs Up

I beat god, and the sheep, sheeps dead and I'm alive. You havn't yet beat the doctor. Also fail to see why it was my fault.

None fault claim also stays on your record for 5 years bumping up your premium. Enjoy.

Where's the pics? The unofficial BCF rules state a paint diagram at the very least, while gore pics of smashed up bike and car being preferred, and the baps of the driver if it's a woman Thumbs Up

So you openly admit on an open public forum that you did nothing to stop the potential of an accident, well done.

Still have to declare it to your insurance company, new rider coupled with a high claim on a bike your premium will still go up...and that's 5 years you have to declare it for

The best bit is your money you think you might get you're going to funnel into a shit heap Focus or an SV650, you truly are a spacker of the highest order Thumbs Up

I never took any pictures of scene, since it was cleared before the paramedics got to the scene. Pictures of damage to bike will be taken on a later date when i recover it.
I have no brakes, just cuts and bruising.

I did a quote and my insurance quote was so high the claim literally never had any affect. My claim money will be going towards my premium for next year, I already have the money for the vehicle as i saved it months ago, for insurance i need 40% more which i thought i could earn throughout the first few months of summer. The check will give me that added boost.

Road has two lanes. 4X4 pulled out pretty quickly as the road he was on stated no right hand turns for a reason. Due to the high level of cars coming off the round about onto the a23 which goes straight to central london.

what check? I am going to take a stab in the dark and say a HIV/AIDS check, or maybe an autism check because something is definitely wrong with you and you do need a check from a DR, should have asked the one you smashed into to check you for assburgers
