Until very, very recently it was possible to search bikes by individual year - there was a very useful drop down list on the left of the main motorbikes and scooters page, below capacity, etc.

But now they've got rid of it.

So there's no way to list, e.g., all bikes from 1978, 1979 and 1980. And so now one of my fave saved searches doesn't work properly. Wtf have they done this for?? Arses.

Also saved searches don't seem to work properly if you don't have any keywords in the search box, it will just show everything under "motorcycles & scooters".

Okay try this - go to manufacturer, check "honda" and "suzuki". About 8,200 results come up.

So now we want some years. Atm, I like the late '70s. So I want to see *all* Honda and Suzuki bikes from the years '77, '78 and '79.

Seems like I can then click 'more refinements', select model year and...it simply says "not specified" 1072.

Fucking great. Nice one eBay.

Yeah - I think you're onto something there. But really, that's fucking stupid.

Might try raising this in the community forums on eBay - but from past experience I'm not optimistic. There is very little understanding of the addage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." More like "if it ain't broke, keep fixing it until it is."

I got eBay to sort by Descending Homosex.

You can choose "less than 75cc" or "75 to 224cc".

If you had exact numbers to choose, you would miss out on all the people putting in the true engine size figures. Although a smaller bracket for the 125s would be good.
