Hello folks,

Finally got the bike back after she's been stood for a month with no starter.

new parts fitted:
Starter, Starter Clutch, Flywheel

new problem:
Rode her 20 miles home: no problems. Started her up half hour later and:

Loss of power above 2k rpm, Misfiring like crazy.
Both cylinders are working and ive cleaned the plugs and checked the leads etc, seems to be fine when idle, minute you pop 3rd gear tho she just goes crazy and misfires.

perfectly rideable and no problems until I hit about 3rd gear or 20mph, whichever comes first Razz

tldr: Misfire, checked plugs & leads, no joy, help!

Just checked:
All electrical connections, battery power and CDI, all working fine.

Ran it for 10 mins with choke on, sweet as a nut, no problems at all idle with or without choke.

Took her 50yards up the road, 2nd gear, Misfiring to the point of un-rideableness

Still can't solve this, still won't run properly. Running out of ideas for things to check

Fuel related?

Start by draining the float bowls.
