Hagon Shocks

Anyone brought from them lately? Fours days ago I emailed them, no response. I emailed Wilbers in Germany, Ricor in the States, Progressive in the States and another, smaller, supplier in the UK. Each and everyone replied within 24 hours. Hagon? nothing. I tried to phone, no answer. Do they still exist or is this just another example of good old UK Customer service?

Have you tried phoning them instead if it's that urgent just in case they are having technical with their emails not getting through possibly?

Been a few years since I bought shocks from them, but they were in sending them out to me!

Using this website called Company Check it mentions Hagon Shocks as being dissolved!

Their website is still up & running unless that checking website's info is old or they are going through difficult times working or not possibly?

Phone trading standards possibly in the local area maybe they can clarify if they are still working or not?

I think this was just a case of the internet not being helpful. I finally found time to call them and ended up having a very interesting conversation with someone regarding dampers and spring rates. New shocks arrived a couple of days later and they have made a significant difference. Very pleased.

I think the Hagon Eagles (the result that came back on the company search) were a speedway team.

I hope things are going well as I intend to upgrade to some Nitro Piggybacks!

I phoned them guy said drop an email with bike details and they would get back to me. They did not respond week later sent again got response saying give them a call with details. So I went with progressive.
