Whole point of the LC is that it's got that pretty-classic look.

This doesn't.

I'd say the 'extras' should devalue the bike, not add value.

I think it looks awful, it was a 350LC that made me fall in love with biking. That one wouldn't even make me turn my head to look at it.
There is an RD 250 near us for sale, not too what price it is up for, but it is in the classic white colour and does look rather lovely.

Why tune when you've bought it for the engine and you could get a much faster bike for less money if you wanted?

(Presuming they have bought it for the engine, as they've ruined the looks Smile .)
