What to ask "realistically" for triumph

Ok I've pretty much decided for sure to try and move on my speed four, its a 2006, 16k on the clocks. 11 months mot well looked after, etc etc. wants for nothing, sale is gonna include a blue flame tri oval can, spare front top fairing and a set of rad cowls including brackets.

Now I've listed it on eBay above 2500 and not had much interest, so maybe I'm being a bit too optimistic, I've spoken with a dealer who would offer me 2k trade in if I traded it in against a daytona 675 which is what il do in January if I don't get a buyer, obviously if I can get a private sale before then great but I'm not desperate to give the bike away as its a great bike!

What would u say I should ask for it, thinking of putting it on eBay again for 4 weeks but maybe I should try other methods too, what are your thoughts? I'm looking for a realistic selling price here I'm thinking £2399 and anything above 2200 as a sensible offer?

I bought a mint Orange one about four years ago with 1600 miles on it for £2200 so you are extremely optomistic to want that much, and the dealer offer of £2000 sounds like a great deal.

I sold an 06 s4 with 7k miles on it for 2.3k 3 years ago, and it was mint. They arent worth much, damn fine bikes though.

take the px, they are a great bike, but tarred by the bad press of the TT600, the ones you see in dealers for £2500-£3k sit there forever

I sold my 04 yellow one last year for £1600, maybe I could have got £150 more but I would have needed to spend £150 on a new flyscreen to get that and I wasn't prepared to gamble
