Got this last week after having the Hyosung GT125 for a few months (which is for sale Wink ) purely because it was half the price to insure compared to a 125. And overall I think Hyosungs are very good bikes. The engines is pretty much identical to the SV 650's. What do you all think?

I`ve got a GT 250 r and I think it`s a great little bike Thumbs Up for what it is.

I`ve ridden the 650 when I`ve had one as a courtesy-bike.
Very nice, never going to set light to the world , but a nice machine Thumbs Up

Identical engine to an SV650 and a good bike you say?

Although in all seriousness for the price of them new they're supposed to be ok. Wouldn't be choice but whatever floats your boat.

It looks better than a Gladius, or a CB500S, and I wonder how for riding it would compare to a Jap 650 like the ER6F etc?

I wouldn't swap a mint GPZ500 for one, but could ride that happily enough I reckon!

I'd never get one. they're cheap for a reason, and the reason is they're shit. There's loads of them here in Aus, and they always break down. The electrics are wank, as is the build quality... before someone chirps up and says "well mine is fine", well fuck you, because I'm comparing it to jap bikes.
