Yeah got one today Sad

It states "THIS ALLEGATION IS SUPPORTED BY PHOTOGRAPHIC AND/OR VIDEO EVIDENCE"

Do you have to cop for it before you can request to see the evidence?

Years ago I asked and was reused my photo unless I pleaded guilty or admitted the offence.

Things have probably changed now.

I think they can provide it to help you identify who was driving at the time.

Is it much over the limit? Guessing it was speeding?

Are you after a record for retaking tests you've already passed?

I assume your glossy new licence comes under the 2 year new driver thingy.

It's obvious you've not read anything anyone has said in any of the "licence revoked" threads.

Not much, no. That's why it was an assumption. I see that's not the case then.

Woah? Negged for that? Jesus wept.

To restore the balance in the universe I shall wish you all the best and hope that you don't suffer the wrath of future cameras.

You're not entitled to see any proof or evidence, because they don't know it's you speeding yet. You have to incriminate yourself.

What you can do is ask to see the pretty picture, in your tireless effort to identify the alleged criminal, (bear in mind this will not stop the 14 day clock ticking) then you give them the evidence they need to prosecute you, (although they might let you off the points if you bribe them, then go sit and listen to a four hour lecture on saving poor kittens).

Any fucking about will turn their full attention to you, (this is not a good thing). All in all the cunts have it sewn up pretty tight, usually your only hope is that the local council have fucked up the traffic order, or a helpful council bloke has put the thirty sign two yards further up the road than he should have.

28 days, or "as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of that period".

Be sure to get a certificate of posting in case your envelope gets lost by the Royal Fail, or whatever contents you choose to put in it get lost by Speed Tax Revenue Collections Plc.

Likely to be in Warrington, if you went near the Tesco superstore, there's a camera on the dual carriageway, but it's a 30mph, that turns to 40mph a little later on, but no change in street lights etc.

I know loads of people done on that camera.
