the wife has had two in a week from different forces

one in dorset and one in our village (west mercia)

both have come through saying we need to send the licence off to have the points put on but can take a month to process

how can she send it to two different places at the same time

any one had the same or similer Question Question

yes i know she should slow down and have said the same to her but its done

she cant do a course as she did it last year when she got done for 34 in a 30

these are 36 and 38 both in 30 zones

She should ask for her money back from that speed awareness course.

Tell her not to bother sending it to either of them. She should simply hand it over to the Magistrates' clerk when she gets caught again next week.

Thinking Did she get caught by scameravans?

If not, she must have been going way over 30MPH and braked for it. Mind you, the same could be said if it was a scameravan.
