Yep, that ebay crap about it being a binding contract is a bit crap, especially if it isnt as described when you go to pick it up. You can easily just walk away if theres a dent in the bodywork not mentioned Looks nice though.

I've had my ER5 over a year now, apart from the consumables it's done me proud. DOesnt mind being dropped. Is a forgiving machine and wont let you down...

Do you know its history? Was it a learner bike (I passed my test on one)? I ask because if three thousand learners have had the thing then that means a lot of bad gear changes, drops etc.

Apart from that it looks good.

Make sure you get an email saying there are no other dents, engine problems, other work needing doing first.

Then when you turn up and find all the suspension/wheel bearings are knackered you have a reasonable cause to make a fuss.

Bit late I know, but yes you should buy it

It was a bargain my Son paid £800 for a '98 with 23,000miles on the clock, its not in as good a condition as that one, very nice, and a very sensible bike.
