I'm inclined to agree. That's just wreckless and her attitude was despicable. Hopefully the police will actually address this one!

They're being helpful so far. Apparently they're going after her for failiure to stop, as the bar end hit her car they can nick her on it.

However i now have a parking ticket for parking outside the police station, even though requested to report directly to a police station upon leaving hospital. Motherfucker please Rolling Eyes

The guy I played with seems to love a spot of bowling, whilst I enjoy surfing, our personalities clashed.

Protip: two of something equals "a rash" as far as the media are concerned...

Doh! that the local rozzers would take an interest in that, but not in Paddy being body surfed.

Top good job getting witness details. Thumbs Up

Dont think it's worth going insurance as no bike damage. Will go Mcams or similar to go for personal injury, hassle etc.

I'd say that was a good idea, they'd probably try and class each of those stickers as a modification Laughing

What damage exactly? I see an already damaged bar end with a new scuff obviously the previous damage to the bar end hasn't bothered you, the bike is covered in sticker I would call it a minter.

Next point, why are you trying to fight your parking ticket? You're parked illegally as far as I can see the double yellow lines extend on to the pavement and verge, the road is double yellowed means no parking on that road, that includes the pavement, parking on the pavement does not circumvent the yellow lines.
