Imagine if it was your car and how would you feel if it happened to you. If she has the index number of the other car then I would ring the police and let them sort it. The other female has broken the law and failed to report an RTC or leave her details

Did she not check with the 'hit' party and get some contact details?

If not, I'd give the Police the image with a time/date/location noted - it is an offence to 'hit & run'.

5-0 will try to fob it off as civil, so most likely it'll never go further than insurance.

I'd tell Mrs Borg to leave my email address under the wiper saying that we have a picture of the perpmobile and a description of the culprit, then take it from there.

Dunno how the 5-0 work in your neck of the woods but they cant fob it off as the female has failed to leave her details and has broken the law unless she attends a police station within 24hrs which I doubt she will.

The only time it could get complicated if it not a public car park and has a barrier/fence to it then that can throw a spanner in the works.

Cute Smile

Neutral I'm afraid that in this day and age, people are far less 'honourable' than they used to be.

One of the guys at work got done for this. He reversed into a car in a car park and left a note on the windscreen (but managed to miss off the last digit of his phone number)

Next thing he knows is a summons etc (someone had got his reg number)

He had to show up for court as its a jailable offence, he ended up with a £600 fine and 6 points.

If there's no damage, she hasn't broken the law by leaving.

The assumption was that there was damage, but you are right if there is no damage

Many years ago in York I witnessed a car in a car park reverse into the side of another and then drive off! The car had one hell of a dent in the side of it's doors. I made a note of it's number and put it under the wiper stating this was the car that had done the damage. Not sure of the outcome but I did my good deed for the day. Very Happy

Report them to the police amd tell them you have a picture of said incident.

Lasy year, some woman reversed into my bike, knocking it over. Her male passenger got out, picked my bike up and they both buggered off without leaving details.

Thankfully, one of my neighbours was standing on his doorstep having a smoke when this happened and had his phone on him. He took pics of the whole thing and then gave the police a call.

The po po tracked the woman down, albeit a week later, gave here a caution and passed her insurance details onto me.

Saved me a fair bit of dosh on new fairings and bits. Thumbs Up

I found out who was doing his warranty work, spoke with the nice guys there and informed him of the fucking stupid amount of bodge work he was doing, told them to stop doing warranty work and reported his details and reg to gaylim.

They won't warranty repair that bike at all. Fair play to them.

Guy at his dealership was sound as fuck.

JiveTurkey on the other hand, should be expecting eBay and paypals fraud shit to suddenly take a quick look at his history and see what the cunt has claimed for and got refunds on. He fucks with me, I fuck with him. Simple as really Thumbs Up
