i agree 583 miles i clock that up in 2 weeks spread out over the summer would mean he was hardly ever on it.
someones been fiddling with there clocks unless hes had a snapped speedo for 5-6 years... NOT LIKELY!

You dont have to all be so suspicious. My ZXR400H '89 had done 10K miles, it wasn't a race bike and had no mileage fiddling.

Example, guy down road has '02 R1 he's ridden up and down the road 5times and now it's advertised on web with only 600miles on it, lots of ppl hardly ride their bikes.

its quite possible to have import bikes with low miles

in japan the law states new bikes must be destroyed or exported after 10 or 15 years (not sure which)

often they get sent to dealers, like box hill, where they sit until they are bought, and often for a long time
