Anyone recommend any apps that can track your trips, speed, distance all that stuff?

Pirelli Superbiker is free and fine. Spazzes out occasionally though and says you've done 140 around a bend at 70deg lean angle when it loses GPS signal but generally pretty cool.

Doesn't have great reviews on it though, saying there's loads of issues?

I don't mind paying for one either, just wondering what others use for this. It will be mostly for my own benefit, not too keen on sharing some of my antics publicly!

It does everything what you've asked for plus can create routes files for garmin and tomtom.
It can upload routes on google drive and social networks.
You will need a phone charger, however to keep the phone alive for the whole trip.

You can fins it cheaper and get the newer versions but this is the one i have and it works Great
