Gow much is reasonable force?When not resisting arrest?

Last saturday 7am I blacked out again,usually just get hot/sweaty /breathless then sit for 20 minutes.After going down A nd E at MRI Manchester for 4 hours,the doc said its nerve problems,two weeks time I see the neurologists.Been collapsing 3 years now.

Anyway,I limped out of casualty,then stood still when a copper ran up ,grabbed me ,pushed me into the wall,called me a handbag theif (not even a tranny )mouthed at me ,slap the cuffs on then dragged me round the corner,all the time my diaphram/stomach was killing me ,he did'nt care .I told him I m a patient,he ignored it,was ruffed up treated like shit,well whats new with GMP.An hour later I was let out of the van after they reveiwed the camera footage,thanks tarrra....fuck off you scum ...etc.....

Can I get the camera evidence?Arde there any ambulance chasers on here or anyone reccommend a solicitor who specialises in this sort of thing?The two witnesses who 'SAW' me were thilfy frauding immigrants Albanian/Romanian.They were on a blag with defrauding the social services.Police worked it out ......eventually ,after rough handking me .Thing was,if the cameras were fucked,i'd be off to prison on the lies of two dark shinned foreign bastards............EDL does make a lot of sense,although until they allow ALL BRITS/ANY COLOUR ALL BRITS in,they can fuck off.

Your posts always seem to have a twisted view on reality, but that's okay. I would note that the police round here have regularly dealt with people who used two walking sticks not only to pretend they are crippled, but also to cave peoples heads in with.

In that situation, crying brutality and saying it was the filthy dark skinned foreigners will definitely not help your case. If indeed it was excessive force and you did feel threatened for your safety, get on a solicitor, but I doubt much will come of it. Maybe contact the sun? They love that sort of stuff.

on top of the above greivance,was taken to magistrates court 5 times for breach of peace,my solicitor did'nt even produce a G.P. record of any sort.I pleaded the breach of peace was a medical issue.They could'nt find ANY g.p. records,despite having mri scans,cat,xray,and seeing a 'radio 4 archers' type head injury / looney social worker,and shrink during the 5 appearances.

The magistartes accused me of making the whole health thing up,told me that the police officers and court officials had noted I appeared to be ' drunk',despite not drinking.
When I told them of my volountary work ,with animals and at Manchester cathederal they just told me to shut up and stop lying!
