Only a brief 10 minute blast, I really loved it but couldn't deal with the way it felt, something just didn't feel right. Arms felt like they were at the wrong angle, footpegs were not in the best place for me.
It has some serious poke, it was great for town and quick overtakes, a nice road bike, but I just could not gel with it, first bike I've physically had to return to a dealer with a sad face.
It could be a completely different feeling for you though, you might love it |

Would say it is a pointless purchase then.
Basically equivalent bikes, would expect some variety. Give yourself something to play with rather than give you fairly similar delivery (to a degree)
It is like me buying a FZ1 to compliment my R1. Would see that as a waste of money.
Something like a TL1000R, Tuono, SP2 or Superduke 990... something lively enough to keep you smiling and on your toes but something worlds away from a litre inline 4 in terms of power delivery without sacrificing cc.
Failing that, become a hooligan and grab yourself a WR450F supermoto |
