Adjusting my nieces chain on the CBF125 tomm evening does any one know the torque settings for the rear spindle, also I run my cg happily on 10w40 car oil will the same be ok in hers?

54 Nm.

Oil should be fine as long as it has no friction modifiers (and will probably still be fine if it does).

I don't tend to torque it up, in the 6 years I've ridden and the infinite amount of times I've removed the nut/spindle I've just done it up tight. Not dead.

I use 10w40 car oil in everything.
