Which Bike long term ?

Hello Folks newbie here,
looking for some adivce,as the title says i will be in the near future buying a new (to me ,second hand )bike and was just seeking advice from any long term owners out there.
My last bike was a Suzuki GSX 750 Inazuma which was a brilliant bike which took me absolutely everywhere from the Norway to Turkey and many trips back and forth to Southern Italy.

Looking for somthing upright as per the suzuki and have narrowed it down to
Hornet 600
CBF 600
Bandit 650
ZR 750
possible a moto Guzzi 750

Anyway you get the idea ,open to any advice as i will be choosing carefully as i tend to keep my bikes a long time and put big big miles on them,the Suzuki went to bike heaven with 103,000 on it.

If you have had a bike a long while or have a mate the same let me know as its gotta last me a 100,000

Of the ones you've listed, the CBF600 is probably the best made, they are very well put together, and probably the most suited to covering large distances. The Hornet is a slightly perkier version, but not much. The Bandit is a tedious barge but cheap enough to run. As for the Kwak, do you mean a Z750 or a ZR-7?

Your target budget might help us too

I guess it depends on what suits you... I'm a keeper. I had my Honda Bros 400 for 4 years, then my Suzuki sv650 for 9 years, and I've had my current Kwak Versys 650 for 1.5 years.

I chose the Kwak because it's like riding a tall armchair, I love it. I should have switched sooner. IMO.

Yeah meant the ZR 7,
budget would be about 4000 Euro max ,£3500.00 ? ,
met a guy a couple of years ago on a CBF 600 in France from uk and he had about 60,000 miles on his at the time which is one of the reasons its on my short list,
I am not interested in what spoilt bike journalists write about bikes being boring ,so yeah the CBF is near the top of my list right now.

Consider a VFR800 with bar risers and custom seat.

Maybe F800R if you really don't like fairings, but budget might be a push as it's fairly new.

I've heard that some couriers have done over 200K miles on CBF600 and the bike was still running.
Can't confirm how genuine this info is, however.

I've bought a NC700 with a hope that it will manage at least 100K miles.

Thanks for the input guys i do appreciate it,all suggestions are being researched ,and i do agree 60,000 miles is not high, as my original post said my GSX had just over 100,000 on it when it was sold for parts.
Had also spoke to a courier who told me he had put about 150,000 on his previous bike a Hornet 900 ,he reckoned it was all down to regular oil and filter changes and i do agree with that.
