I'm riding along near old street roundabout. I am filtering through at around 10mph.

I hear a the bus to the left of me hit his brakes so I do the same and this little bloody kid appears before me, emergency stop but the kid freezes in his spot and boom, I hit him with the left hand side of my bike and the bike falls to the right onto a car.

Bus driver and car both have a go at the kid and I exchange details with the car. Bus driver said he thought the kid was going to die. So long no claims discount Sad - to top it all, after I said to the kid about using crossings and him looking shocked he still fucking decides to cross in the same place along 3 lanes!!

Slightly bruised, car is scratched to fuck but bike is fine.

I once had a kid ride his scooter out into the middle of the road in front of me on a borrowed bike.

I also had a pillion, I've never braked so hard in my life, the rear came off the floor and the headlight literally headbutted the kid, the lightest of taps though, just like tapping your finger on a desk when air drumming like a queer.

His parents went fucking spastic at the kid Laughing

The childs & parents are to blame, their house insurance will be very happy to deal with it.

Parents should be forced to take out insurance policies covering the scrotes. That way its in their interest to train them better. Should of kept hold of the scrote and had his parents charged with esposing the kid to harm etc and claim compo for the damage through the courts system.

Go to or phone your nearest police station and report this. Do it now.

I once clipped a kid with the handlebar of my moped. Had me off and supermanning down the road.

By the time I'd got home then popped up thje police station to report it, there were two coppers sat in my Mums kitchen (where the bike was registered to) ready to arrest me for leaving the scene of an accident.

A "concerned citizen" had taken my registration and reported me to the police. I was able to quickly and efficiently fuck them right off by quoting a log number from the local police station.

The person at the desk will not give a shit, they will write it down in their book and give you a log number which is as good as a get out of jail free card.

Reporting it goes without saying, before it escalates into you doing 140mph wheelie filtering one handed then lining the kid up in your sights, after knocking the child down you did a burnout on the rear quarter of the chauffeurs car while texting.

Most buses have fantastic CCTV systems as well, front facing, interior and driver views. A wee FOI request and submit it to the police due to your concerns that the child wasnt adequately supervised for crossing 4 lanes of traffic during rush hour. Anything involving kids in any force area is taken seriously and will be passed on especially to the social.

What's house insurance got to do with a road traffic accident?

Sounds just as likely he'd be able to claim on their mobile phone insurance. lol

Ask the bus company for CCTV, ours are covered in cameras, usually 6 looking all around the outside of the bus....

No wonder you crashed, doing a live post about it...

I had to read this post a few times before I convinced myself it wasn't Alpha, Smiler or Paddy. Very Happy

In connection with the occupancy. Thus spakes my policy, I'd suggest that you read yours.

Good home insurance will cover the child for causing a crash.
