Hello, just joined the site.

The other half booked me onto a trackday, so i though a best dig out the leathers and try them on. Good thing is they fit, but looking and the sliders they have a titanium insert.
Now im not one to get my knee down on the roads, but im thinking i will mostly likely on the track.
Will these sliders be ok? Im only asking as with the titanium i guessing they might chuck up some sparks, and i dont want that on the track.https://i1275.photobucket.com/albums/y455/SkatMan2/IMG_1712_zpsb1696c1e.jpg

You'll be fine. If you cant YET get your knee down, it might take you all day anyway. If you are caught sparking, you will just get pulled in and told to take them off.

I wouldnt worry about it too much.

At donnington they wont let them on track, they inspect your kit before you go out.

The "Titanium" bit you refer to it just coloured plastic, so you're fine.

You're not meant to take ti knee sliders on track.
