Hello,

What are swing arm spools for, is it if the bike slide on the floor it protects the swing arm ? or is it to lift the bike using ?

I use my stand which has its own hooks so have never used those sliders

I thought I ask before loading it and breaking stuff.
I had a look on the net and found out most people use them to lift the bike so maybe it is safe to do so

It is not worth getting into an argument considering the huge help I have received from this forum

I agree that mu post seems like I am lazy and not bothered to find my own answer but that is not really that case just wanted assurance. If you look at my posts i only post if i can not find the answer
