..... ON THIS!!! Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Silver 0wl (or Eddie to those of you that have met him) came off tonight and it was bloody hilarious!! Laughing Laughing Laughing

He was trying to do a wheelie and landed on his arse and cracked the back of the fibre-glass mud-guard and chipped a wee bit off the exhaust in the process!!!

Wish I had the camcorder setup for this one, would have made an easy £250 from You've Been Framed!!!! Laughing Laughing

Now he can NEVER, EVER, slag me about coming off again!!! Laughing Laughing Cool

So you've broken it before you've even given it as a present? LOL, not good!

I was on YBF once, was riding a little CR60 round my aunt's garden when I was about 11, bumped up onto there patio (had a steeply angled piece of concrete leading onto it) it flicked up and of course numb-nuts was still holding onto the throttle, so the bike decided to veer off and smash there patio set to pieces and ended up going through the back door into the kitchen.

That's an idea Yams. Thumbs Up

The first time it's leant on though it will come apart, it's the wee tail end bitty that covers the rear wheel that's cracked at either side!

It's bloody fibreglass too, might get one of those fibreglass kits too just to secure it properly.

Poor kid!! Embarassed

Douse heavily with superglue, then stick a sticker over it Thumbs Up

I'd imagine it's plastic, you sure it's fibreglass? Most/all MX etc bodywork is just plastic and will superglue back together.

Try it anyway Laughing lots of superglue then a nice bike sticker over it Very Happy

Definitely Yams, no doubt about it - wish it were plastic, it's easy to fix Rolling Eyes

Araldite. It (the crack) only comes apart if you bike goes down again.

I found superglue flakes and comes off without even touching it. Not as strong as Araldite IME.

But then either of them could be too weak for the job. Araldite is still stronger.

Id rather see your crack than the bikes Wink

Anyway, about the bikes crack lol, get a sheet of fibreglass matting from halfords and put it under the rear mudguard then mix some resin and hardner and then brush it over the matting so it sticks to the underneath of the mudguard, use extra hardner so it stays solid.
