Can anyone recommend a helmet with a removable/washable inner/lining that I don't have to kill someone I like/love to get the money to pay for ?. I know Arai's are like that but financially out of my league.

<Real time post>
Fetches £50 Nitro F341-VN from porch.
Grabs liner.
Pulls, much like a man might do.
Is now holding a liner.

My 110 quid Caberg Ego helmet has removable liner, cheek pads, the lot.

I imagine most helmets do. Without that feature you wouldn't really get more than a few months out of a hat in the summer.

My lid does not have a removable lining, so I pull a buff over my head and use it as a balaclava. Gets changed every few days.
Does make me look a bit stupid while putting the helmet on.

I've never washed the lining on a lid. I've had my Raid 2 for years now and it doesn't smell or anything (to me...) Am I just a filthy creature?

Ive got a rarely used 6 year old lid i havent washed. Never wash bike gear personally only gets sweated in 5 mins later anyway. I wear a THIN balaclava in summer to reduce hair grease and head sweat most days though

My Caberg V2 and HJC IS MAX BT helmets both have removable/washable linings, they are in the £100-120 range.
