Front wheel puncture (Slime quick Spair)

So yesterday i found out i had a puncture, and called the local garage (Sewells in Billingham) who suggested i put some Slime 'quick spair' in my tyre, despite the bottle claiming that it was only a temporary fix and should only be used until somebody can permenantly fix the puncture (which i cant locate, and ive already checked the valve)

The bottle also said not to use it on vehicles with less than 4 tyres.

Despite this i put it in anyway (what other options did i have?)

The garage insist that it will be fine as a permenant solution and will fix any further problems.

Is this true? or do i need to get this stuff out my tyre and replace it with puncturesafe ASAP?

I used that tyreweld stuff it's done okay. Punctures are a pain.

If it's small enough that you can't find the leak, I've seen plenty of people use this as a permanent solution.

Possible you could be risking a blow out, but not heard of that happening.

With some of the enduro tubless systems they suggest using this to help seal it as a matter of course.
