Afraid not. If you have all the box, manuals etc. the Sega geeks might want it. Chuck it on ebay or similar for pennies IMO as it'll get shot of it.

Even when Dreamcast was new, it meant naff all to me. There was also that 'Gamecube'. I think that's the point where Sega and Nintendo were relegated out of the gaming premier league.

as with most consoles, it's some of the games that are worth the money

A Californian made wooden Atari 2600 might be worth a little bit, for example, but there would be plenty of individual carts that would be worth more than the console.
