You can't delete accounts. Dead accounts make it look like this is a really popular forum with 1000's of users when in fact there are only ten regular posters with multiple accounts.

Not that I have anything better to do but there are 7769 users with one or less posts. Around 19000 users have posted 10 or less times. I wonder what the real, regular, user base is? How many post at least once per week? I reckon no more than 2-300?

The member-list is what forums like these are all about, it cons the advertisers into parting with their cash and Korn gets nice new toys to buy. We get a pukka virtual club-house, so it's win win win (advertisers get fleeced, Korn gets toys, we get club-house). Dance!

Hey I'm not knocking it. I'm just interested in how many use this place regularly. I can only think of about 20 users that I 'see' daily. Then again I'm old so that's pretty good for me.

It's the contents of a medium-sized pub. Where anyone in a marketing career gets spat on the second they walk in the door.

But you're not allowed to close your eyes (use pop-up blockers), otherwise the landlord (Korn) spills your pint.

Which is OK, as you don't pay for the pint anyway.

So roughly 0.1% turnout.

Facebook has (approximately) a billion users. For the same level of participation you'd need a million people to turn up to a facebook BBQ. I don't believe that's happened yet.

Therefore, BCF > Facebook.

True, but if he gets it on your clothes a brawl may ensue. Mr. Green

Well, from the currently online I recognise:

bikertomm,
c_dug (obviously)
DaveB
Doggone
Doovy
Mattsprattuk
nowhere.elysium,
SlimRick,
timbstoke
Timmeh,
Tristan.

There are some others that I think I may know but would have to see a DP or Sig to be sure.

Then from this thread I recognise:

Tungvann
Ichy
Rogerborg
Hetzer
The Shaggy D.A.

That's almost that 20 figure reached already.

My guess is somewhere near the 150 mark for users who have been coming more than twice a week for over a year (which would be my criteria for regular).

Probably a lot of lurkers, I generally only post if I feel I have something interesting or funny to say...or when I am bored. Mostly it's the latter Smile

Nobcat increases the value of BCF. When bcf gets sold, like visordown did, the new owners will be very happen to meet genuine nobcat. Mr. Green

Same here. I'm on bcf multiple times a day but rarely post because I really don't have anything interesting to say. That and I'm scared of most of the people here.

Why scared? It's just text on a forum...most of the people here would threaten to kill you in a post but in real life would just go 'err..Hi!!' and walk quietly away...

There may be one or two exceptions to that rule though Very Happy
