Givi wingrack fitting

Just bought a 2nd hand wing rack, the chap sent it and some other bits out in several parcels and the packet with the expanding cone that fits into the rear tube frame has gone astray.

I've emailed Givi with no reply so does anyone know of anywhere else I can get hold of such a cone to fit into the frame? New universal kits are £65 and obviously I don't want to be shelling out that much for it.

The parts that are missing are numbers 9 and 10 in the diagram pdf linked
