So yesterday I was riding around and noticed one of my pistons was not firing.
So I changed all of the spark plugs and it seemed to be sorted but it seems to haveggone back to how it was I think. Now it has all new sparks.what could be wrong? Any suggestions many thabks
Suppose to be going to Cambridge on Tuesday.
Oh I was on motorways and A roads today if that makes a difference.

Thanks again.

Well the fact that changing the plugs made things a bit better for a while may be a clue, how about bad plug cap, high tension lead, or ignition coil? Have you checked all the connections to the coils, try running the bike in the dark, have a good look to see if any stray sparks are leaping about where they should not be, if you see any this would indicate insulation issues with the ht leads/ plug caps.
