Anyone else going to have a go?

I am doing the Manchester toy run on Saturday, and I've got a little fibre-optic Xmas tree (from the pound shop! bargain!) and some multi-coloured LEDs that run off two c-cells to lash to my bike somewhere. The LEDs may well be decorating my waistcoat by the time I get to Edwards' on Sat night as well!

Am I sad?

Embarassed

Rubber ones that won't leave any residue on your lid. Stitch them into the hat.

I am sad, aren't I! Laughing

I attached some LEDs to my bike. Blue ones as in pulsing police lamp blue. I get a clear road for some reason.

Well ok - not as exciting as it sounds (incase i've attracted the attention of others).

Im not talking major roads, just coming up behind mates after pub and giving em a flash-just to see their reaction. Laughing

Well i do say i chance my arm a bit. Pushing in at the bank and McDonalds, Putting the siren on when it's time for refs (break), getting drop dead georgous women flashing their assets at you when you pull them over for a minor infringement.

If you have an old set of christmas lights, 100 bulb set, then you can snip off around 5 bulb lengths as each bulb is only about 2.4v wired in series. A few of those 5 bulb lengths wired in parallel and voila! one hot altenator and a flat battery Laughing

I've been considering tinseling and possibly lighting my bike, have to look into wiring lights up to the battery.

I think all of you that want to decorate your bikes up should have a competition to see who has the most colorful machine, a few lights and sparkling things, might be pretty funny, Laughing

Thats a good idea. We could have like a competition on here.

A few rules though:

1. It has to be road worthy-ie- it has to be able to be ridden.
2. Photo evidence etc....

Gor-im in the xmas mood already. Cool
