So, after my crash, I was a bit downhearted every time I looked at my X11. It was beautiful, a work of art. Sort of.

Then I got into a bit of brokenness. I can't really have any large details of the crash online those that know the situation, cheers

Bike sat around in the garage, I repaired the exhaust, then it just needed a headlight and tidying up. At which point Divvydumbass jokingly said he'd buy it, I told him he could have it for 500 quid. So he paid me some money and today he came to come and get it.

Just needed a cable tie here and there to hold the cracked stuff together and then he was away. BUT OH WAIT. He wasn't away because we had to jump it, which was fine, but then he proceeded to stall at least 3 times. I was actually a little worried about it, his track record isn't great. Luckily he came on chat as I was posting this.

But anyway, lets hope he hasn't deaded himself. Yesterday I took delivery of a TL1000R, which is most delightful. Came with TRE mod, std and race cans, seat hump etc. Changed over the the race cans today, they are a bit corroded but not too bad.
Can't insure it til the 2nd of August, which gives me a week to get used to it before the BBQ. Fisty has sold me a rack and I'll be picking his knowledge of stuff to do about them. Only rode it a little around the block, it's pretty fun.

Have now put scorpion cans on it, sounds good. The bike in the back of the garage is a storm belonging to squiffy_the_wombat.

So one big bore naked lardass, to a loud vtwin sporty fun bike. Not too bad.

Off topic I know, but DivvyDumbarse looks really ill. He looks a bit like he's the illegitimate son of Lurch from the Addams Family.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Ohhh, that's nice. Good to hear you've got yourself some wheels back mate. Thumbs Up

P.S Dear Dumbarse, If I met you and you looked the way you do on this photo,
I'd probably try to check your pulse to make sure you're still alive. Razz

Just needs a couple of pies, a bowl of fruit, a bit of exercise, and some motherly love and he'll scrub up pretty good I reckon.

I think it's where I put my own fucked foot into the position they wanted 'cause I was bored of being at the side of the road.

Dumball is an odd one to look at yeah.
