hi, ive been reading a bit and just started posting so i thought id say hello and that

my names Ric i live in northwest london and go to uni in bournemouth so if theres any riders in those areas let me know if u wana meet and go for a ride whatever?

i ride a 400 zxr and an rs125 and passed my test in june after a year of CBT

thats a little about me anyways

Yeah I'd definitely be up for ride outs. I also know a few others at our Uni who ride, on one another ZX4 . No doubt when the Summer comes round we'll all be out.

Anyway looks like my bike won’t be reliable until I can have a proper look at it, ahem, Drummer . Just crap, as I've got work to finish and I was planning to go back home on Sunday.

I might need a new battery.

Charging problems. I've had them before but today it was like exactly the same problem happened before.

Turned it on this morning, fine but starter was turning over a bit slow. 10 mins later down the road bike cuts out. Tried electric start, nothing.

I had to push start it, and ride it home with no electrics on. When I put the lights etc on it ran like a dog. Oh and I rode back home in first gear to try and get it to charge. @ home still no juice in the batt.

I recon its the Batt, because I replaced the Reg/rec about 1/2 a year ago, so this should be ok. At that time the battery took a lot: loads of discharges and charges, combine that with the weather and...

If its not the batt, I'll be really pissed.
