Sick Peugeot 'ped SF100

My neighbour has brought me a little problem. We are trying to fit a "non immobiliser" Peugeot CDI unit to a bicycle that was equiped with an immobiliser ( i.e. we are going to ditch the immobiliser ,the existing CDI unit and the key coding set-up)...No it's not a pinched machine. It is one he bought from his cousin after he had "shoved" it through a hedge and various bits became very second hand in very little time!!! The problem is that with no plug on the wiring loom for the non imm. CDI it is necessary to know what the pin-out pattern is on the unit so that the correct connections can be made. It is perfectly possible to, due to the wiring method,to do this, providing we know the pin-out pattern i.e. which pin is connected to a)coil, b)pulsar coil, c)supply current, and d) earth.
It's not a bit like my R100RT.

It is possible. Yur best bet is to get yourself a Haynes manual. They have go the whole wiring diagram in the back of them...

We have a Haynes bumper book of nonsense, but the problem is that, although the colours of the wires going into the CDI unit are shown , the diagram is, as most are, purely schematic. It does not show the internal conections within the CDI unit and since the diagram also shows a "plug" connection which is entirely fictional, all we can glean is which wires go to the CDI unit but not which specific pin each one is connected to.

Ive tried that before, had to use the proper immobilised peugeot cdi in the end

The Pug scooters have got a very strong immobiliser system and take a lot of work to bypas unless you are a specialised Peugeot scooter mechanic...

Take it in and get it done
