Stig is whoever it's convenient for Stig to be. For all non-track stuff it'll be a researcher or a runner in overalls and a lid. For track stuff it'll be some ex-touring car driver most people have never heard of unless Ferramborghati insist on supplying their own driver.

Realistically, I think up until now he's probably just done what all the sheep do, and not thought about it. You've just blown his mind, because he's had to think about things - whether or not the 'truth' is being presented to you.

I do really hope you took the opportunity to draw a parallel between the Stig and 'our dear leader'. Or whichever c-unit is in the hot seat right now....

Those fuckers are all doing their own extremely over-paid NYE gigs.

There was a brouhaha a few years ago when one channel showed Jools Holland doing a live gig somewhere, while the hootenanny was being shown on bbc2.
