What is the best deal people know of?
I am on giffgaff but they do not allow tethering on the normal phone goodybags even though I have unlimited data. I am sure I will get away with it for a while but they will notice pretty quickly.
They do a 3gb data only sim card for £12.50 and this seems like the cheapest option but 3gb, I will go over that pretty damn quick. Most T-mobile want £80 for 12gb!
3 want you to be on a contract. All I want is a sim card with unlimited or 10gb+ allowance that allows tethering.
Housemate has a £40 a month contract and he only gets 1gb data |

One plan sim only from three is what I have. 3-day rolling contract and unlimited tethering. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'

FTFY. You can tether on the £10 1GB deal but not on £12 "unlimited[*]" [*] small print small print.
Depends what you're using it for. Change the user agent on your tethered browser, use the same TTL as your phone (64 for Android / Lunix), don't visit windowsupdate.microsoft.com.
Giffgaff forum ragetards assert that it's really just done based on short term data usage, and instead of throttling, they give you a and 30 minutes on the Naughty Step to think about what you've done - or not done. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Yeh but tbh, it is kind of understandable otherwise I would just use that as my internet at home for £12 a month. |
