I use a large on my 2005, but it does hang a little loose and i garage my bike - so i'm not sure if perhaps a medium MIGHT be better for outside to reduce wind whipping underneath the more baggy parts of the cover, unless you under-tie it tightly.
Have a look on here - most have a fair few reviews to give you some good opinions

I went for a high temperature resistant one to be safe, but with an undertail exhaust i think its unlikely you'd hit problems to be honest either way. I'd make sure you get a vented one to let some of the moisture get out in winter etc also. |

Oxford Rainex and Stormex are both fairly decent. I use a Large Stormex on my VFR, and it's a bit too small with the top-box on, and too large with the top-box off. So I'd say you'd be fine with a Medium on a compact sportsbike.
I've read some reports (MCN, IIRC) that the Rainex is more waterproof than the Stormex. It's probably more easily transported etc. too; the Stormex has a kind of wooly lining. ____________________ Bikes: S1000R, SH350; Exes: Vity 125, PS125, YBR125, ER6f, VFR800, Brutale 920, CB600F, SH300x4

The RIDE recommended R&G bike cover would surely cover it.
Had mine for over a year now with no problems, fitting over my YBR and presently my SV with ease |

On my 08 I had an Oxford stormex.
You'll want a size medium. Snug fit easy to get on and off, stays put very nicely in high winds. Kept mine dry and warm outside throughout this winter.
Recommended by me. ____________________ Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R P8F |
