Would anyone know how to make a good high quality poster of the image below, A3 kinda size?

Plenty of printing shops would be able to do it, but it would depend largely on the resolution and quality of the original image, as the minute they start blowing it up the quality will plummet Neutral

Give your local local digital printer a PDF of the image and ask them to print it on the substrate of your choice, we do it every day.

Sure do. If you have the image just give it to them and they can scan it and turn it into a A3 print.

BTW if you bring it to a print shop it might come back a bit discoloured and washed out.

As screens use RGB colour, while printing is a subtractive colour process of CYMK, you can't really get a screen to display CYMK properly. So best do a few test prints before and adjust the CYMK values as close as you can to get it to represent RGB values.

Make sure your image has at least 350dpi and a3 is pretty small. Good printers can be had for £200 how many are you after?

You can covert RGB in Adobe photoshop to CMYK and print from a PDF.
As for cost its very small but they will probably have a minimum charge. One sheet of A3 paper is about 0.02p and printer rates are about 2p per A4 colour. Our printer is a £8K jobbie.
OP, have pm'd you.

Not sure if you'd be interested, but i have a promo code for a 36" x 24" canvas, for £30. You upload the photo on their website, and they print it on a canvas for you. I've had one before, and the quality was pretty good. Likewise if anyone else is interested, the promo code is VNL31DBKP on my-picture.co.uk

You can't print poster size from a 165kb internet image.

You need the resolution to be massive. Much much greater than that crappy tiny photoshopped rubbish.
