Just a quick message for anyone who lives round Sheffield S5 area. Some bastards stole my DT125R at around 3am this morning.

Fuckers cut through 2 heavy duty chains and broke off a disc lock, as well as cutting off 2 padlocks from the side gate to my garden.

Witness has seen someone pushing it along nethershire lane where it was parked outside the takeaways before disappearing shortly afterwards.

Registration number PL03 EWC

Bike is a plain black Yamaha DT125R with silver DEP pipe.

Has a Polisport MX headlight unit.

Original stickers have been removed but there are several yellow "Yambits" stickers on the tank and rear mudguard.

Also has a huge number 95 vinyl sticker on the RHS under the exhaust.

Police are saying its gone in a van. I'm not too hopefull of getting this back as this was the second theft (first attempt failed a few weekday earlier)

I do know these bastards are local and have been in my garden several times (shed also burgled)

Anyone with any info please contact me via here or mobile 07443833287

I hope the fuckers responsible die a filthy fucking death!!!

I'm the other side of town, so doubt it'll get this far, but I'll keep an eye out.
Hope you get it back.

Just to update this thread as it's been a while...

Both my Bro's KTM 400 and a white DT125 (no number plates) have been spotted down in Fox Hill sheffield and also Lyminster Road (fox hill area) this afternoon being followed by a group of mopeds.

Bikes have also been spotted in Parson Cross later on - same again with a bunch of mopeds following.

Anyone who goes greenlaning up that end keep your eyes open and just ring coppers if seen.

I've phoned them 3 times now with info, surely they must have to do summat if enough people ring?

Thanks!

Can you not find out which estate they are from? If you find that, you can find where the bike is kept and the cops will turn up if you have an address.
