I pulled the trigger and bought one I am fully expecting it to be rubbish, but you never know, I'll let you know about it when I have fitted it

Great idea for touring. When you pull over to have a munch or whatever, but then a normal radio would work just fine.

1) looks ghey
2) would last 30 seconds in Blackpool before some turd ripped it off to sell for half a bag of gear

Hi
If you want to be able to communicate with other bikers and listen to radio 2 when on the move have a look at baofeng UV5-R walkie talkie
This is a cheap radio that works well
I have just fitted one in replacement for an Alan 456r that was just about usable
