I'm wanting a smaller reg plate but i don't want to take the piss and get one to small. What would you reckon is the most suitable size to go for instead of the standard 9 by 7in? I'm thinking maybe a 7.5 by 6.

Try and get letters as close to standard as you can.

7x5 should be fine unless they're looking for an excuse to pull you or you have the reg written in crayon scrawl font or something Thumbs Up
