London to Brighton 75 miles off-road on a Mountain bike :o

I haven't been on here much of late as I have been busy training for the 75 mile off-road cycle ride from London to Brighton. The route takes in both the north and south downs which makes it a real challenge for me.

If you know me, and have met me, you'll know that I was a fair bit overweight. The aim of the event is to get more into shape whilst raising money for a charity close to my heart (quite literally)
