Piaggio Zip 50 2T mixer oil change-- Is it possible?

Again, apologies if I am repeating questions asked on other threads, however, I don't think anyone has addressed this question before.
After reading a post somewhere in the forum, I bought myself one of those cheap hand pumps and tried to pump all the old mixer oils out of my bike (as whoever put it in there must have used the cheapest stuff available, constant and heavy white smoke out of the exhaust, I almost killed several people at my local Costa Coffee when I started my moped up the other day;) I think some of my smoke is still lingering today!).
Anyway, having bought the pump, I tried eagerly to put the suction end into the oil hole under the seat, and to my shock, there was a little bend in the pipe with a constriction (probably to stop Peale from stealing the oil in this very same fashion!)... So, I can only pump out about a tablespoon full of oil using that method! I am sure there must be some way to drain the stuff out of there? It seems a bit silly that the only way you can get rid of the oil is to either burn it or take your bike apart!
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance for thanking the time to help a complete idiot out!

Take that fitting out of the tank, have someting to catch the oil waiting underneath. Alternately, and how i drained mine. Get second hand two litre milk bottle and let gravity drain it overnight.

Looking from behind the back wheel and then up, just loosen the hose clamp and the fitting pulls out. The check valve is built into the fitting, it doesnt stop the flow, it just stops it reversing. Try thinning the old oil with fuel.

My oil tank is now my reserve fuel tank, and i run premix. The drive bush on the fuel pump lasts about 10,000miles, the belt a bit longer.

There is no drain cock, just take the hose for the pump feed off to let the oil out.

Thin it if heavyweight oil was used, otherwise if most of it drains out, just top it up with new oil and let it burn it.
