Basic ones include £30 to £50, and £60 to £100

Has anyone ever got a DD90 - Furious Driving? A new one on me

Offences against the Person Act 1861, co-incidentally I was talking to a copper about this over the weekend. It's indictable and carries up to 2 years in pokey, they didn't mess around back then.

It's occasionally used against pedalists who have mashed people up, or when an injury is caused other than on a highway or public place including, when the piss is being ripped, at private tracks and meets.

Or BBQs in fields spring to mind. Wink

Believe it's used on the Isle of Man instead of dangerous driving. Heard that somewhere.

They also talked about introducing an offence called "furious cycling" and people just went "lol no" and that was the end of it.

Furious Driving already include pedalists. It's "any carriage or vehicle", and Taylor vs Goodwin 1878 established that bicycles are "carriages".

It does need injury to been caused though.
