Just been offered a bike on a q plate
2006 crosser now road legal with tax n test
Registered in 2009 according to simple text check
Is theee anything to worry about
Or I need to be asking before I get it

There's nothing inherently wrong with it, plenty of Q plate vehicles kicking around.

Just please be certain that you've read the insurance site carefully. It's quite possible that there's a "I confirm that the vehicle is not a Q plate" box that's been ticked for you, even though you're typing in "Q123 COK". You don't want a Computer Says No and cancelled insurance when they eventually realise.
