Hello after some help please

I passed my test in the first week of June the examiner said we will send off your licence and you should receive it back within 3 weeks if not contact the DVLA.

I waited a month then rang the number on the web site which had an answer phone saying check out there web site which I did and wrote a letter explaining the situation and I still have no response?

Any ideas as how to get my licences back?

Ring them and choose the lost/stolen one.

This puts you through to some inbred phone guy.

The DSA don't "send off" your license, they shred it. Yes, I asked.

Laminate your pass certificate, and do not send the original to the DVLA.

There are still some local DVLA offices where you can go and plead your case.

A driving license application made more than 3 weeks ago.

Any other driving license enquiry not listed.

Make a complaint about the service that you have received.

Definitely...

What you want is a laminator, a safe, a safe for that safe and a safe place to bury it.

If they ask for the original, tell them to print another one, they can go swivel etc etc Laughing
