I've applied for the beta testing today. Not heard back as of yet whether i've been selected. Hope to god I am as trying to play it on a laptop is pretty hard.

Downloaded it and had a little play tonight, I liked playing it on the xbox much better than the laptop, as my laptop specs are shite

Is it just a case of download and you can play straight off the bat? I thought you had to wait for a code?

Yes stop nerfing tanks, the Su85 was supposed to be amazing with its 107mm gun. It no longer has a 107mm gun. It has a derp gun which can't penetrate a tin of beans.


Artillery was also supposed to be uber deadly. It no longer is.

The match maker is also badly broken, there was a match with T2 tanks against T7 tanks. That T2 fired all his shells into the back of the IS tanks he faced and didn't do any damage at all.

Fix 6th sense. I rammed an enemy tank and the light bulb didn't appear till 2 seconds later.

Reduce friendly ram damage, I constantly get penalised for damaging allies when they drive into ME.

Especially the MM. I've seen T1 vs T9 before!

But good to see W.O.T actively communicating with its players though.

Maybe instead of lurking on forums to see how your latest cash cow is shaping up, why dont you and your cronies start fixing things like a skill based MM? And maybe the bullshit RnG where none of your rounds penetrate, or the next match where you can punch through the turret of an IS-7 from 600m. If XVM can tell me the obvious retardation level of my team, you must be able to implement something. Might also help if you didn't have monkeys doing the coding, and made it possible to utilise multi-core CPU's.

WoT is so broken it's just laughable that your now trying to peddle it on the 360, when you cant even get the PC version sorted.

Have to completely agree with Rob W. The only reason I applied for the 360 testing, is in the slim hope it will be better than the PC.

Playing game after game against tanks 2 levels above is getting infuriating. It is pointless as I can hardly touch these tanks.

I'm getting to the point where i'm getting to sick of it to keep playing to be honest.

TBH its the pay to win model, i.e. endless hours grinding vs paying for a little bit of gold to jump ahead... which leads to a bit more gold and a bit more.

Want to be a bit better! Buy gold ammo (with real money) and train crews to 100% (with real money).

It took me 257 battles to get my T34 to 100% and getting the T34 I don't want to repeat this grind again. So I stopped playing as much.

The mega problem is sure you can get a bigger tank, except there are now even bigger tanks hunting you instead!

I've started playing only 10's lately, but the teams I'm stuck with is ridiculous. The only reason I'm playing 10's is because I'm pissed off being bottom tier in an 8 in 10 matches all the time, or anything lower always getting the +2mm spread.

What annoys me most is that they stick you with a complete and utter bunch of retards, while the other team has 2/3 unicum platoons. I'd say I'm pretty good at WoT, but I've got to a stage now where I cant even be arsed to play it. The last 2 days I haven't won a single game, through no fault of my own. I'm not even gonna play it until 8.8 is released, and if that's just the same, I'll uninstall.

I don't mind so much playing against tanks that use gold. If they want to buy it then good on them.

The thing that peeves me right off is being put up against tanks I simply can't damage. I see it as simply pointless.
My biggest tank is a Jagdpanther which has one of the best guns for a T7 tank, but even that can't penetrate a lot of the T9 tanks which I find i'm up against a ridiculous number of times.
My shells cost an absolute fortune, so i'm torn of whether to engage a T9 or not. It's not like I can run away either, as it's not the faster TD.

On another note, Cheers WOT for not informing me properly of the equipment! I stuck the Binocular Telescope on and then opted for the Coated Optics to maximise my view range. At no point did the game say I can't mount them both!!
To unmount the optics is 10 bleeding gold which I don't have. So I wasted 500'000 for nothing. Cheers!! Evil or Very Mad

I have seen a T1 in with T9's in the last month. The shocker MM's tend to happen in the early hours when there aren't many on.

yeah its weird. I would've thought that all the different traits would balance out between tanks, i.e. the French tier 4 TD would have excellent armour and gun but a crappy engine and manoeuvrability and speed. but it doesn't. evertything on it is shit while the American tier 3 td already has a fucking huuuuge gun and better armour, better speed and turns faster, and has a smaller profile. what gives?
