Where's my banner gone?

Today the BCF Banner, at the top of the page, has disappeared.
There are other bits of the display which aren't showing either.
ie. the "post" button has no box around it.
All the sections are showing no unread posts, which I know is not correct.
This is happening when I'm logged in, I get everything when I'm logged out.
This is on an ipad using "chrome" & "safari".
I updated "chrome" yesterday, but why would "safari" be effected as well?
Desktop PC is the same.
Any ideas as to what's going on?
