Put some bungee cords around the seat and the rear of the bike Wink

Also why can't you use the bolts?

Although it is supposed to be bolted down, never found a problem with a saddle that isn't, including wheelies, stoppies and hanging off.

Its probably what was linked above but yes there is a pretty easy quick release fix up where you just reach under the seat and release a couple of catches.

You need to take the side panels off to get to the bolts!
